T.W. Frierson is excited to announce several organizational leadership changes among its executive team to facilitate the continued growth, enhanced service capabilities, and culture of employee ownership of the firm.
E. Dean Taylor, Jr., formerly TWF’s President, will now serve as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chair Board of Directors. With 30 years of service at TWF, Dean will continue to collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement processes to achieve strategic initiatives. In addition, Dean provides strategic leadership to the global TW Frierson organization including the self-performing concrete and steel divisions.
Former Vice President, Kit Ozburn has been promoted to President of T.W. Frierson with over 20 years of experience in the organization. Driven by a passion for excellent service to our partners, Kit will remain committed to cultivating a spirit of employee-ownership, supporting thriving teams, and honoring the relationships that define TW Frierson’s reputation with its clients, community and employee-owners.
Del Hickman, former Executive Vice President, will continue to lead at TWF in the position of Co-Chair Board of Directors. Also serving at TWF for 30 years, Del will remain engaged with the executive team, providing oversight and recommendations on preconstruction objectives, operational issues, and corporate strategy.
With 23 years of experience at TWF, Ben Eberle has been promoted from his previous role of Vice President to Executive Vice President. Ben will continue his leadership role in the firm’s preconstruction efforts focus outreach to key stakeholders, and continue to magnify the corporate culture.
These key leaders possess more than 100 years of combined experience. Their leadership will enable TWF to grow in our service to our partners and provide additional opportunities to all employee-owners. All the while, these leaders will ensure TWF remains rooted in the strong values and unique culture that have defined our firm since 1958.
