After a nationwide selection process, we’re proud to introduce Mr. Lance Couch as our inaugural COO. With two decades of success in the construction industry, Lance’s experience spans designing and constructing mission-critical and healthcare facilities across the United States. He brings a unique perspective, combining financial expertise with practical construction insights.
Lance’s true strength lies in his commitment to building high-performing teams, fostering relationships, and aligning with our core vision of “creating a foundation for people to thrive.” His journey with us began on August 28th, and we’re confident his presence will invigorate our operations and enrich our culture.
