Workforce development is a major hot button in the construction industry. In response to this, we’ve found the best way to introduce students to the trades is to give them hand on opportunities and to get involved!
On March 30, 2022 we participated in a Career & Education Training (CTE) opportunity with Dickson County Schools. TWF employee-owners Del Perry, Cliff Manley, Jake Wisecup & Bob Upton provided mentorship and worked hands-on with students from Creekwood High School’s Welding and Construction classes.
