The new headquarters for Tennessee Department of Labor sits on more than 16 acres and houses approximately 850 employees. Two four-story brick and glass buildings are joined by an expansive atrium allowing full circulation to all floors of both pods. A space vital to the Department’s daily operation is the Main Telecom Room which houses the central servers, security systems, voice and data communications systems. A sophisticated energy management system provides automated environmental and lighting control.
