T.W. Frierson teamed with Blakley Constructors, LLC to construct a state of the art analytical and research laboratory facility for Metro Nashville Water Services. This facility provides technical and analytical support to Metro Water Service’s treatment plants in their mission to provide quality drinking water to Nashville and surrounding areas. Additionally, the project is LEED Gold certified. T.W. Frierson’s scope of work included all site work elements, foundations, building structure, the exterior envelope, casework, interior finishes, and MEP systems.
