TWF has completed projects for Brookdale Senior Living throughout the region. Located in one of Florida’s premier active adult communities, Freedom Pointe retirement community offers a wide variety of elegantly appointed residential options, and a wealth of exceptional amenties in a resort style envornment. Phase 1 included a 249 Unit Independint Living Facility, totaling more than 560,000 SF. Phase II included an 80,000 SF combined assisted living, and memory care facilities.
