Due to mounting overcrowding and security issues in the current facility, the new justice center will be the location for all things judicial in the County. The 3-story facility will have a total of 70,000 square feet and room for expansion, will also have holding cells for prisoners. The circuit, juvenile, chancery and general sessions courts will relocate to the new facility once construction is complete.
