Charlie Irwin Painting, LLC held their ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Industrial Blast Shop in Lewisburg, Tennessee. As a long term subcontractor partner to TWF, we were honored to be selected as CIP’s contractor. When asked what it has been like working with TWF, here’s what Charlie had to say:
“Working with TWF has been a pleasure from the early stages of preliminary design to the completion of the project. While we have worked for TWF, on multiple projects as a subcontractor, this was our first opportunity to work with them as a owner. When I went to Ben Eberle, early on in the process, I wasn’t exactly sure of what we wanted to build and how we wanted it to look. The building they built for us is very unique in shape and function. The TWF team walked us through every step of the process, always looking out for our best interest and insuring that we would have the best facility possible all while working in our budget. During the pre-construction/design phase, Doug Reader was adamant that every detail be correct. When we couldn’t get good, detailed design criteria from our equipment vendors or industry standards on required lighting for blast buildings, Doug went out of his way to research and gather necessary information to ensure that our operations would be “well-lit”.
