Neely B. Coble and his son opened the doors of Neely Coble Company, Inc. in 1951 in Nashville, Tennessee. Over 65 years later the dealership has evolved to meet the growing demands of not only the middle Tennessee market, but the Northern Alabama and Southern Kentucky markets as well. Through the pre-construction process our team offered various value engineering options and cost analysis to assist Neely Coble Company in their efforts to maintain budget. This 53,264 square foot heavy truck dealership is a Butler Pre-Engineered building system with an MR24 standing seam metal roof. By utilizing the Butler Manufacturing building system we were able to save the client 5.25% by changing the building specs from a conventional steel system with tilt-up concrete wall panels and a TPO membrane roof.
