understand our Client’s exact scheduling requirements. Then we work together to complete a
detailed plan with the Owner to achieve dates for racking, stocking, and distribution. Another
segment of our distribution and logistics portfolio is our experience constructing refrigerated
warehouse and freezer facilities. This unique segment takes all of the criteria of a “normal
facility”, and introduces interior temperatures ranging from –30 degrees to 50 degrees
fahrenheit. The impact is significant. We have the expertise to understand the dynamics of
the different refrigeration processes, insulation needs, door requirements, and thermal
expansion and contraction that truly separates this segment of warehousing.
